Ordering Information

Delivery Times and Methods

All goods are couriered to the customers delivery address specified on the order using DHL for overseas orders or Castle Parcel couriers within New Zealand. Goods are delivered with the expectation that they will be signed for on receipt. Freight costs will be included on the shopping cart prior to confirmation of the purchase.

Goods are dispatched within two working days after the order and payment has been processed.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. A 10% processing fee may be charged if the cancellation request has come in after the order has been picked or packed.

Returns or refunds will only be entertained if the goods are proven to have been not what was ordered, damaged or faulty when received. Physically damaged goods will require photographic evidence to be provided and such goods will be replaced at no cost (inclusive of postage) to the buyer. Brand Value reserves the right however to ask that the faulty or damaged goods be returned to base in which case they will arrange for the pick up and carry all associated costs of freight.

Electrical goods supplied are covered by a one year return to base warranty. It is at the express discretion of Brand Value Store if this return to base clause is waived in any particular instance. If the goods are found to be defective within the warranty period Brand Value Store will, at its discretion, replace such goods with either new or goods in a similar physical condition, at no cost to the purchaser. Such replacements do not extend the original warranty beyond that on the original purchase. Goods found to be defective because of misuse will not be covered by this policy. Brand value will always discuss such cases with the claimant and provide independent assessment and proof of misuse before enforcing such a position.

All sales within New Zealand are covered by the Consumers Guarantee Act.

Overseas Orders

Goods shipped overseas will be invoiced in New Zealand Dollars and charged at the current exchange rate.

Overseas goods will not be charged New Zealand GST

Deliveries to overseas destinations may be subject to import taxes and duties and may be held in transit at the destination until those charges are paid. If this is the case the purchaser will receive a notification from the courier company and is expected to make arrangement with them to pay these charges prior to delivery.

Additional Charges

The only charges on the invoice will be the cost of goods and any associated freight costs.

Customers can see their cards being authorised and debited in real time, all in a SSL secure environment. The page enables us to offer customers a safe and speedy online shopping experience. Security Information

For orders not processed through the online store and at the customers request Brand Value Ltd will accept payment through the EWay gateway using the mobile phone application provided by EWay. Brand Value Ltd will never store credit card details provided by the customer. Access to the mobile payment application and the ability to process such payments is strictly limited.

How do I use a coupon?
  After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
